Cylinder overhaul D500 / 355

We recently overhauled 6 Liebherr Hydraulic Cylinders for our client, these cylinders are used for an international client in the dredging industry.

These 6 Liebherr Hydraulic cylinders were dismantled in our workshop, the piston rods were re-nickel-plated & chrome-plated, the cylinder heads were touched up, then the 2 x D340/240 SB-CB, 2 x D280/200 SB-CB & the 2 x D260/180 SB-CB were reassembled, a new 3-layer coating was applied & the Hydraulic Cylinders were then tested at 350 bar. The Liebherr Hydraulic Cylinders were overhauled in a very short time for our customer.
