Rotary feed

At ABS, we are experienced in designing and manufacturing custom-built rotary feeders.

Because a rotary transit often occupies a central position in your construction, you have high reliability requirements. At ABS, we design and build every turning transit with great care.

If required, all penetrations can be adjacent to a leak line. If, after many years of faithful service, a seal reaches the end of its service life, the oil that leaks will be neatly drained via the leak pipe, i.e. without adversely affecting other functions.

Turnbuckles made of ABS offer:

• Large oil flows up to above 600 L/min, also combinable with one or more smaller flows, entirely in line with your requirements.
• Working pressure up to 400 bar.
• Standard suitable for mineral oil, other oils such as HEES oils, water-glycol and other liquids, or combinations with compressed air.
• Optional all penetrations adjacent to a leakage pipe
• Optional central bore for cable entry. This also allows connection of electronics via the pivot point.
• Always compact dimensions, within your requirements.
• High rotation speeds depending on diameters required by agreement.
